Root canal treatment
The root canal treatment usually is experienced as a negative treatment among the patients.
This is a pity, because with the right equipment, explanation to the patient and pain relief, there is no need for a negative feeling about this treatment.
A root canal treatment usually takes about 1,5 to 2 hours, but it’s also possible that it will take more or less. Its common that you experience some pain after this treatment. The pain can last several days but can be eased very easily with regular painkillers such as acetaminophen and Brufen. Both of these pain killers are available without prescription at a drugstore or pharmacy.
The practice is equipped with a modern operating microscope and other special equipment to bring the root canal treatment to a successful end. This equipment is essential to perform a good root canal treatment.
The operating microscope is also an asset in other procedures where visibility is limited or great accuracy is required.
